A significant advantage of a candidate being able to remain in office for as many terms as necessary is that their projects can go ahead without any disruptions. If an administration is doing a good job at solving the country's problems, then they deserve to be elected by voters for as long as they want. Furthermore, a candidate can still be voted out of office if they are not doing a good job.
