On one hand it would be good idea if there is a body which is in charge of regulating the circulation of fake news in social media, however such measure shall be strongly regulated in order not to develop into a tool for providing only one-sided views that match the ideals and mentions only the success of the geopolitical spectrum.

No, considering the freedom of expression, and even the fact that social media companies are private, so they should be treated the same as other private companies. Still there should obviously space for respect, but tolerance (that is a fundamental value) should not be shown in cases of hate or false statements.
