Should Italy raise taxes on the rich?
Australia currently has a progressive tax system whereby high income earners pay a higher percentage of tax than low income tax. A more progressive income tax system has been proposed as a tool towards reducing wealth inequality.

Equal tax for all the rich should pass down as much money as possible to poor to make it equal
No, it should lower it.
@95H5GYX2yrs2Y
No, but raise inheritance taxes
@95FJCTS2yrs2Y
The tax should be increase to tax the wealth from capital but weather coming from job and real economy. Tax system should above all be razionalizied
@9593MRG2yrs2Y
Tax only who doesn't produce economic and social value, who doesn't redistribute value, or doesn't use value to rejuvenate social structure or his own company or his own employees
@94P4TJG2yrs2Y
the taxes should be progressive basing on anyone’s incomes
@94MGBLZ2yrs2Y
è giusto che ogni fascia di reddito paghi l’importo delle proprie tasse, maggiore è il reddito maggiori saranno le tasse, viceversa minore è il reddito minori sono le tasse
@94FHGNN2yrs2Y
People should pay taxes according to their income
@945SYCZ2yrs2Y
No. It is right that everyone is taxed according to their own expenses and budget. Those who are in difficulty have the right to ask for assistance.
@fenway022152yrs2Y
No, repeal the income tax.
@9436ZS72yrs2Y
Only on the top bracket slightly. First tax loopholes should be closed
@8Y88Z8V3yrs3Y
big multinational companies should adapt themselves to the fiscal system of the country in which they produce their turnover
Controllare meglio e ridurre le tasse
@8SVKW7K3yrs3Y
le tasse che devi pagare devono essere decise in base al proprio reddito
@8QK4DCY4yrs4Y
Lower taxes for the poor and the Middle class and raise them for the millionaires and billionaires.
@93ZP8QG2yrs2Y
Yes, but simply to ensure that the wealthy pay their fair share. It is absurd that major corporations, such as Amazon and Walmart, pay no or little federal income taxes, while the average American foots the bill. All existing tax loopholes for large corporations should be closed. This would generate sufficient revenue to fund education, healthcare, and social programs such as increased student loan forgiveness, paid family leave, and universal Pre-K.
@52YRS682yrs2Y
Yes, but only the extremely rich exceeding $200,000 a year and raise the tax brackets for those individuals while abolishing the income tax for all citizens making less.
Deleted2yrs2Y
No, reform to a flat tax, abolish all taxes except sales tax, and require payment/ tolls for use of federal services to make them self sustainable (roads, parks, postage, etc.). Tax collection funds services that can't charge (law enforcement, military, congress, etc.)
@heatherdvdprincess2yrs2Y
Reform to a flat tax, or a flat tax for income after poverty level, and raise poverty level to the amount of money needed for a reasonable standard of living for someone with average financial literacy.
Teach financial literacy in school. The lowest income I can consistently find people online living comfortably with is $7k, with some DIY skills.
Deleted2yrs2Y
Abolish the income tax, replace all federal taxes with a single LVT
@5Z8DMCG2yrs2Y
Focus on removing tax loopholes first.
@92JXK3J2yrs2Y
No, but stop the rich from exploiting loopholes to avoid taxes. If we are to lower taxes, especially for the poor, the rich must logically pick up some of the slack, but raising taxes is not the solution. Just ensure that the rich cannot avoid taxes.
@93RWDYB2yrs2Y
Abolish all taxes but LVT
@92JXK3J2yrs2Y
No, but stop the rich from exploiting loopholes to avoid taxes. If we are to lower taxes, especially for the poor, the rich must logically pick up some of the slack.
@924MYCK2yrs2Y
Yes, higher for the rich and lower for middle and low-income citizens, and eliminate loopholes so that they pay their fair share. Also, use the taxpayer money to fund social programs, infrastructure, etc.
@WhenDidISayThis2yrs2Y
Only for those making over $400k a year
@8T58M5P2yrs2Y
No, abolish the income tax and keep taxes on large corporations
@938PWY62yrs2Y
Tax the rich if you want, but the only tax hikes that matter are establishing commodity and public stock trade fees and raising corporate taxes.
@9375CJZ2yrs2Y
graduated tax percentage
@935ZDRY2yrs2Y
No, but only for the rich who have committed crimes or had shady business dealings
@9334YP32yrs2Y
No, taxation is theft and should be abolished entirely for all US citizens.
@92YHQCV2yrs2Y
Yes, and remove all existing tax loopholes for large corporations so they can start paying their fair share. After all, the Richer you are, the Higher your Taxes, and the Poorer you are, the Lower your Taxes, that's how it should work.
@88LK76J2yrs2Y
No and abolish taxation
@Blakers84312yrs2Y
No, Abolish Property taxes and lower state and federal income taxes
@92X5HLD2yrs2Y
No, and all taxes should be abolished
@92VBD9F2yrs2Y
No, unless they are getting rich illegally
@92RSHM92yrs2Y
yes, but it wouldn't change anything because the rich can become richer
@92QZ6L22yrs2Y
Yes, but do so by creating a VAT that would decrease economic inequality over time
@92QZ6L22yrs2Y
No, create a VAT that would decrease economic inequality over time
@92PWWFR2yrs2Y
It is pointless because they will find a loophole
@92P9ZPN2yrs2Y
yes we should tax the rich and lower the tax rate for the poor
@92NVQ272yrs2Y
I would say yes because due to the Covid, everybody's money is really not stable and especially the people who work with low paying job couldn't pay much taxes. However, the rich people can still able to live through this situation, the U.S. should raise taxes on them to give out those taxes rich people paid, donate to poor people and other stuff.
@92MTS9C2yrs2Y
Only base on Inflation.
@92JXK3J2yrs2Y
Lower Taxes on the poor and remove existing tax loopholes for large corporations.
@5BMM5HX2yrs2Y
Lower the rates and remove loopholes for big businesses and the rich.
Deleted2yrs2Y
Lower the income tax rate and remove all existing tax loopholes for large corporations but make sure everyone pays their fair share.
@929L7YP2yrs2Y
All tax brackets should pay 10% of income, therefore the rich and poor would not be drastically affected.
@92769392yrs2Y
Yes, but also lower taxes for the poor and remove all existing loopholes for large corporations.
@8ZSR5NL2yrs2Y
Yes, higher for the rich and lower for middle and low-income citizens, and eliminate all loopholes so that they pay their fair share. Also, use the taxpayer money to fund social programs, infrastructure, etc.
